2006-2007 Annual Tuition Schedule
GRADES OFFERED:
Pre-Kindergarten – Sixth Grade
HOURS/DAYS:
8:30 to 3:00 Pre-K and Kindergarten, M – Th only
8:30 to 3:00 1st –6th
REGISTRATION:
$ 50 new students, $ 25 for returning students
BOOKS/SUPPLIES:
$375 per child, non-refundable.
MONTHLY TUITION:
Pre-K - 6th $435 x 11MO ($4785 annually) per child
Pre-K - 6th $218 x 11MO ($2398 annually) 2nd child & each child thereafter
APPLICANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL-YEAR TUITION UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE THROUGH THE FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Tuition is due August 1.
Quarterly payments are due August 1, November 1 and February 1.
Monthly payments begin August 1 and continue the first of every month through June 1.
If full payment is not received by the 15th of the month, a $15 late fee will apply.
Installment payments other than the eleven monthly payments described must be pre-arranged with the Financial Director. The school will not accept returning students if the account is in arrears. Checks returned as NSF will be assessed a $25 charge and must be redeemed by cash or money order with ten days from the date of return.
A financial scholarship may be available*; forms can be obtained from the school Administrator or Secretary. Applications are made to Family Financial Needs Assessment(FFNA), an independent screening firm that processes the applications and notified the parents, and the Financial Director of the qualifying percent of reduction of tuition.
Maximum reduction is 50%. Scholarship payment schedules are the same as non-scholarship schedules(listed above). Annual scholarships are not automatically renewable. Returning parents are encouraged to reapply each spring for the new school year if the current year’s annual tuition account is paid in full by June 30 of the current year. The school will not accept returning students on a scholarship basis if the account is in arrears.
* Scholarships are available until all funds in the Rhody Run Scholarship Fund are all assigned.
