Home School Program
ORCA Partners with Academy Northwest.
ORCA is proud to commence a home school enrichment program for Junior High
and High school students. We have entered into a partnership with an accredited
& certified private school, Academy Northwest and teacher Robin Summerfelt.
Students graduate from this program with a high school diploma accepted at any
University. Like ORCA, Mrs. Summerfelt is committed to teaching students to
THINK critically and to receive an excellent preparation for college and life
based on a Christian world view. She will be teaching the enrichment program
at ORCA on Wednesday afternoons from 1:00-3:00pm. In addition ORCA staff will
offer Latin and Art sessions from 1:00-3:00 Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The registration fee for Academy Northwest is $120.00. Tuition is $145.00 for
one child and $80.00 for each additional child from the same family. The tuition
is paid August through May. In addition ORCA will charge $25.00 per month/per
class, for those students who will be participating in our support classes.
