Statement of Faith and Core Values

• We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible and authoritative Word of God.

• We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
  (Isa. 40:28, 44:6-8, Matt. 28:19)
  
  
• We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit and was born of the Virgin Mary, and is true God and true man.
  (Isa. 7:14, 9:6, Matt. 1,2)
  
  
• We believe that man was created in the image of God; that he sinned, and thereby incurred, not only physical death, but also spiritual death which is separation from God; and that all human beings are born with a sinful nature.
  (Rom. 5:12)
  
  
• We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, as a representative and substitutionary sacrifice; and all that truly repent of their sins and believe in Him are justified on the grounds of His shed blood and receive eternal life.

• We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

• We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
  (1 Cor. 12:12-13, Acts 2:42-47)
  
  
• We believe in the resurrection of the crucified body of our Lord, and in His ascension into Heaven and in His present life there for us, as a High Priest and Advocate.

• We believe in that blessed hope, the personal, bodily return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
